TODAY...SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS MOVED ACROSS THE CENTRAL AND
EASTERN SANDHILLS...AND PORTIONS OF SOUTHWESTERN NEBRASKA DURING
THE MORNING AND AFTERNOON HOURS. RAINFALL AMOUNTS IN EXCESS OF
TWO INCHES WERE COMMON ACROSS PORTIONS OF LOGAN AND CUSTER
COUNTIES WITH THE STRONGEST STORMS. HIGH TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM
THE UPPER 80S TO LOW 90S OVER THE SOUTHEASTERN PANHANDLE AND
SOUTHWESTERN NEBRASKA...TO THE LOW TO MID 80S ELSEWHERE.

TONIGHT...SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE BEFORE THE
MIDNIGHT HOUR ACROSS THE EASTERN PANHANDLE AND EXTREME
SOUTHWESTERN NEBRASKA...OTHERWISE SKIES WILL GENERALLY RANGE FROM
PARTLY TO MOSTLY CLOUDY ACROSS THE REGION. LOW TEMPERATURES WILL
FALL INTO THE LOW TO MID 60S...WITH LIGHT SOUTHEASTERLY WINDS
BECOMING SOUTHERLY PRIOR TO SUNRISE TOMORROW.
