FOR TODAY...BREEZY NORTHWEST WINDS ARE FORECAST...BUT PARTLY
CLOUDY SKIES WILL ALLOW FOR SOME PEAKS IN THE SUN. TEMPERATURES
WILL RANGE FROM THE LOWER 30S ACROSS FAR NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA
WHERE MORE CLOUDS WILL REMAIN...TO NEAR 40 ACROSS THE EASTERN
PANHANDLE.
