SKIES WERE MOSTLY CLEAR OVERNIGHT ACROSS MUCH OF WESTERN AND NORTH
CENTRAL NEBRASKA...EXCEPT FOR AREAS GENERALLY ALONG AND NORTH OF
HIGHWAY 20 WERE LOW LEVEL CLOUDS REMAINED THROUGH THE NIGHT.
TEMPERATURES DROPPED INTO THE MID 30S TO MID 40S. WINDS WERE
BREEZY OUT OF THE NORTHWEST BUT RELAXED TO AROUND 10 MPH TOWARD
THE PRE DAWN HOURS.

CLOUDS WILL HANG TOUGH IN THE FAR NORTHERN TIER OF NEBRASKA TODAY
WHICH WILL LIMIT HIGH TEMPERATURES TO AROUND 60. TO THE SOUTH
SUNSHINE WILL ALLOW HIGHS TO HIT ALMOST 70 DEGREES. EXPECT
NORTHWESTERLY WINDS AT 5 TO 15 MPH.
