LOWS WERE SLIGHTLY WARMER LAST NIGHT DUE TO INCREASED CLOUD COVER
AND HIGHER WINDS. MORNING TEMPERATURES WERE GENERALLY 5 TO 10
DEGREES ABOVE ZERO ACROSS THE REGION. A FEW LIGHT SNOW SHOWERS AND
FLURRIES WERE MOVING ACROSS NORTHERN NEBRASKA.

SCATTERED AREAS OF FLURRIES WILL CONTINUE TO AFFECT THE SANDHILLS
THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON...BUT NO ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED. HIGHS
WILL BE WELL BELOW FREEZING ONCE AGAIN WITH TEENS ACROSS NORTH
CENTRAL AND NORTHWEST NEBRASKA AND LOWER 20S SOUTHWEST. COLD
TEMPERATURES COMBINED WITH BLUSTERY NORTHWEST WINDS WILL CREATE WIND
CHILLS NEAR ZERO FOR MUCH OF THE DAY.
