AT ARTHUR...NORTH PLATTE AND VALENTINE...TO EIGHT HUNDREDTHS OF AN
INCH AT MADRID.

A COLD FRONT WILL PROGRESS EAST THIS AFTERNOON...AS SKIES BECOME
PARTLY SUNNY. HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL BE SLIGHTLY COOLER WITH
READINGS IN THE MIDDLE AND UPPER 60S.

TONIGHT WILL BE MOSTLY CLEAR WITH LOWS IN THE LOWER 30S TO THE
LOWER 40S. THURSDAY WILL BRING BEAUTIFUL CONDITIONS UNDER MOSTLY
SUNNY SKIES WITH HIGHS IN THE 70S.
