OVERNIGHT...SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS...SOME OF WHICH
WERE STRONG TO SEVERE...WERE SEEN ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE CENTRAL
SANDHILLS AND NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA. LOW TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM
THE MID 40S OVER THE PINE RIDGE...TO THE LOW 60S ALONG THE
INTERSTATE 80 CORRIDOR. WINDS WERE GENERALLY LIGHT AND VARIABLE
FOR MOST OF THE NIGHTTIME HOURS.

TODAY...A WEAK SYSTEM MOVING OUT OF SOUTHERN SOUTH DAKOTA THIS
MORNING WILL PROVIDE THE CHANCE FOR SOME MORNING SPRINKLES TO PARTS
OF NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA...OTHERWISE SKIES WILL PRIMARILY BE
SUNNY ACROSS MUCH OF WESTERN NEBRASKA. HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL BE
IN THE LOW TO MID 80S...WHICH IS 5 TO 10 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL FOR
THIS TIME OF YEAR. WINDS WILL BE ON THE INCREASE ALSO THROUGH THE
DAY..ESPECIALLY ACROSS NORTHERN NEBRASKA...WHERE WINDS COULD GUST
TO 25 MILES PER HOUR.
