TEMPERATURES PLUMMETED TO VALUES FROM 16 DEGREES AT VALENTINE...TO
25 DEGREES IN IMPERIAL.

FOR THIS AFTERNOON...EXPECT PARTIALLY SUNNY SKIES WITH HIGH
TEMPERATURES ONLY IN THE LOWER TO MIDDLE 40S. TONIGHT UNDER MOSTLY
CLEAR SKIES LOW TEMPERATURES WILL FALL INTO THE 20S AGAIN.
TEMPERATURES WILL MODERATE BRIEFLY TUESDAY AS HIGHS RISE INTO THE
LOWER 60S.
