A COLD FRONT DRAPED ACROSS NORTHEAST NEBRASKA BROUGHT CLOUDS TO
NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA THIS MORNING. MEANWHILE...SMOKE FROM
CANADIAN WILDFIRES STILL LOOMS OVER CENTRAL AND EASTERN
NEBRASKA...GIVING A HAZY APPEARANCE TO THE SKY. MOST OF WESTERN
NEBRASKA EXPERIENCED CLEAR CONDITIONS AND LIGHT WINDS OVERNIGHT INTO
THIS MORNING. LOWS WERE GENERALLY IN THE LOWER 60S.

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT PARTS OF THE AREA THIS EVENING
AND TONIGHT AS THE COLD FRONT DROPS SOUTH. SOME STORMS WILL BE
CAPABLE OF STRONG WINDS AND VERY HEAVY RAIN...PRIMARILY ACROSS
NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA. AFTERNOON HIGHS WILL REACH THE MID 90S FOR
SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA AND THE PANHANDLE...AND UPPER 80S TO LOWER 90S
NORTH CENTRAL.
