CLEAR CONDITIONS AND LIGHT WINDS. LOWS RANGED FROM NEAR 50 ALONG
THE SOUTH DAKOTA BORDER TO THE LOWER 60S SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 80.

AS MOST OF THE MOISTURE FROM YESTERDAYS RAIN STAYS SOUTH OF THE
AREA...PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES ARE EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON. HIGHS WILL ONCE
AGAIN BE BELOW NORMAL WITH MOST LOCATIONS REACHING THE UPPER 70S
TO LOWER 80S. THE WIND WILL STAY LIGHT AND VARIABLE.
