Today, abundant sunshine and light winds made for a pleasant
February day across the region as highs climbed into the 40s and
50s across the Sandhills and even a few areas reached the 60s
across Southwest Nebraska.

For tonight, snow will begin across Northwest Nebraska but the
rest of the area won`t see precipitation until closer to sunrise
on Monday. Overnight snow accumulations of up to 2 inches will be
possible across the Pine Ridge area. Lows will bottom out into
the single digits across the North and the teens in the South.
Blustery winds early on Monday may lead to visibility restrictions
for areas that see accumulating snow.
