Weather Summary for Western and North Central Nebraska

Areas of dense fog developed overnight across much of southwest
and central Nebraska with numerous reports of visiblity near or
less than a quarter mile. A few showers and storms also tracked
east near the South Dakota and Nebraska border, but any rainfall
amounts were light. Lows were mostly in the 50s with light and
variable winds.

Fog will dissipate by the mid morning hours, giving way to mostly
sunny skies today. Highs will be warmer than the previous couple
days as temperatures top out in the mid 80s. An isolated storm is
possible in north central Nebraska this afternoon, however the
vast majority of the area will likely remain dry.
