MIDNIGHT ACROSS PORTIONS OF WESTERN NEBRASKA...BUT QUICKLY GAVE
WAY TO MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES BY EARLY MORNING. THIS CLEARING ALLOWED
TEMPERATURES TO DROP INTO THE UPPER 30S ACROSS THE EASTERN
PANHANDLE...LOW TO MID 40S OVER THE SANDHILLS...AND LOW 50S
ACROSS SOUTHWESTERN AND NORTHEASTERN NEBRASKA. PATCHY MORNING
FOG...WHICH IN SOME CASES WAS LOCALLY DENSE..WAS ALSO COMMON IN
THE PLATTE RIVER VALLEY FOR A BRIEF PERIOD THIS MORNING.

TODAY...SUNNY TO MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES WILL DOMINATE THE REGION...AS
AN AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE SLOWLY MOVES EAST THROUGHOUT THE DAY.
HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE FROM THE MID 80S ACROSS SOUTHWESTERN
NEBRASKA...TO THE UPPER 70S ACROSS NORTHEASTERN NEBRASKA. WINDS
WILL PRIMARILY BE OUT OF THE SOUTH FROM 10 TO 15 MILES PER HOUR.
