Mostly clear skies gave way to some clouds and even a few
thunderstorms late this afternoon. The strongest storms were
noticed across southwest Nebraska. Strong winds and small hail
were reported in those storms. Otherwise temperatures were
seasonal with most locations reporting mid 70s for highs, although
southwest Nebraska saw a few 80 degree readings.

Tonight, lows will fall into the 40s and 50s for most locations
with the showers ending. The clouds should break before dawn.
