changing to snow with blowing snow. For central areas, areas of
blowing snow in the evening. Blowing snow after midnight, Slight
chance of rain in the evening then snow through the night. For
western areas, areas of blowing snow in the evening. Patchy blowing
snow after midnight, Rain in the evening then snow through the
night. Lows 11 to 24 east...9 to 15 central and west.
.THURSDAY...Mostly cloudy then becoming partly cloudy late in the
morning then becoming mostly sunny. In the east, snow ending. Blowing
snow through the day. For central areas, areas of blowing snow early
in the morning. For western areas, patchy blowing snow. Highs 13 to
24 east and central...27 to 35 west.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...Mostly clear. Colder. Lows 3 below to 2 above zero
east and central...5 to 15 west.
.FRIDAY...Mostly cloudy. Not as cold. Chance of snow through the
