...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of east central
Delaware and northwestern Dubuque Counties through 500 PM CDT
...

At 413 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Dyersville, or 16 miles east of Manchester, moving northeast at 30
mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could cause minor tree limb damage and blow
         around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects
         is possible.

Dubuque, Asbury, Dyersville, Epworth, Farley, Earlville, New Vienna,
Worthington, Holy Cross, Luxemburg, Rickardsville, Sherrill,
Sageville, Balltown, Bankston, Durango, Graf, Bankston Park, Cottage
Hill, and New Wine Park.
