...The National Weather Service in Louisville KY has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Kentucky...

  Drakes Creek near Alvaton

affecting the following counties in Kentucky...Warren.

.Recent heavy rain and snow melt over the last several hours has caused
the river to rise.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

The National Weather Service in Louisville KY has issued a

* Flood Warning for
  the Drakes Creek near Alvaton.
* from this morning to late tonight.
* At  4:45 AM Thursday the stage was 21.4 feet.
* Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by late this morning and continue
  to rise to near 22.4 feet by this afternoon. The river will fall
  below flood stage by this evening.
* Impact...At 21.0 feet...Trails at Phil Moore Park flood.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 22.5
  feet on May 18 2002.
