.DISCUSSION...

Temperatures in the upper 30s at ignition should rise quickly
into the middle 50s by midday and into the upper 50s to around 60
this afternoon. Light southeast 20 foot winds at ignition will
gradually increase later this morning but remain in the 5 to 9 MPH
range into this afternoon. Relative humidity values around 55
percent at ignition will quickly drop to around 30 percent by
midday and to 24 percent by middle afternoon. It could drop to as
low as 20 percent this afternoon.

Poor smoke dispersal values at ignition will quickly become good
by midday into this afternoon. Low mixing heights at ignition will
quickly rise above 4000 feet AGL by midday and 5000 feet AGL by
middle afternoon.
