...Forecast flooding changed from Minor to Moderate severity for the
following rivers in Iowa...Illinois...

  Mississippi River at Dubuque LD11 affecting Dubuque and Jo Daviess
  Counties

.Slight change in the forecast has resulted in a change from minor to
moderate flood at LD11.

River forecasts include past precipitation and forecast rainfall for
the next 24 hours.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an
alternate route. Turn around, don`t drown.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Mississippi River at Dubuque LD11.
* Until Thursday morning.
* At  8:00 AM Saturday the stage was 16.4 feet...and rising.
* Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise to 17.0 feet Sunday. The river is forecast to
  stay at 17 feet through early Tuesday. The it will fall below
  flood stage Thursday morning.
