develop over the coastal waters through 4 AM. The showers and
thunderstorms will move to the northwest at 15 mph. Mariners
should prepare for moderate to briefly heavy rainfall along with
cloud to surface lightning within thunderstorms.

Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms will continue from
along the coast in the central Coastal Bend north to the Victoria
Crossroads through 4 AM. The showers and thunderstorms will move
to the northwest at 15 mph. Affected residents and mariners should
prepare for moderate to briefly heavy rainfall. Total rainfall
amounts will be between a tenth and a quarter of an inch with
isolated higher amounts up to 2 inches possible.
