LOCALLY DENSE FOG WILL BE POSSIBLE...PRIMARILY IN LOW LYING AREAS.
MOTORISTS SHOULD BE ALERT FOR LOCALIZED REDUCED VISIBILITIES AND
SLOW DOWN ACCORDINGLY. THE PATCHY FOG WILL QUICKLY DISSIPATE
SHORTLY AFTER SUNRISE.
