Through 7:30 AM...Showers with isolated thunderstorms continue to
slowly move east and southeast across the southern Texas
Panhandle and Rolling Plains around 20 MPH. Brief downpours could
bring up to a quarter to a half inch of rainfall, small hail and
strong wind gusts up to 40 mph with the strongest of these
storms, currently moving through eastern Floyd County across
Motley County and into Cottle County. Please use caution if
traveling in these areas.
