ATLANTIC COUNTIES IN NEW JERSEY. THE TRAILING EDGE OF RAIN WILL
CLEAR EAST ACROSS THIS AREA AT 10 TO 15 MPH. AT THIS RATE THE RAIN
SHOULD MOVE OFF THE SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY COAST BY 300 PM...AND OUT
OF SOUTHERN DELAWARE BY AROUND 400 PM.
