MOSTLY A FREEZING RAIN TO PLAIN RAIN TRANSITION IS EXPECTED
THROUGH THE EVENING HOURS. TEMPERATURES IN SOME SPOTS HAVE RISEN
TO AT OR ABOVE FREEZING AT THIS HOUR ACROSS SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY,
THE DELMARVA, AND PORTIONS OF THE PHILADELPHIA METRO AREA.
EXPECTING A FEW HUNDREDTHS TO A TENTH OF AN INCH OF ICE MORE THIS
EVENING BEFORE WE WARM ENOUGH FOR ALL RAIN. GROUND TEMPERATURES
MAY STILL BE COLD ENOUGH IN SPOTS FOR CONTINUED ICING THREAT, EVEN
AS TEMPERATURES RISE ABOVE FREEZING.
