Weather Summary for Upper Mississippi River Valley

High pressure centered over the Ohio River Valley brought mostly
to partly sunny skies into the region today. Afternoon
temperatures ranged from the middle to upper 30s across much of
Minnesota and the middle 40s across western Iowa.

The high pressure system will remain in control of the area
tonight and allow for mostly clear to partly cloudy skies. Areas
of fog is expected across portions of northeast Iowa...southeast
Minnesota and southwest Wisconsin. Overnight low temperatures are
expected to fall into the upper 20s to lower 30s.

A warm front is expected to lift north into central Missouri and
spread light rain into the region Thursday afternoon. High
temperatures will rise into the upper 30s to lower 40s.
