FREEZING DRIZZLE AND LIGHT SNOW CAME TO AN END OVERNIGHT AS A LOW
PRESSURE SYSTEM DROPPED FURTHER TO THE SOUTHEAST INTO THE OHIO
RIVER VALLEY. CLOUD COVER HAS LINGERED HOWEVER AND HAS HELPED TO
KEEP TEMPERATURES UP INTO THE LOW 20S TO LOW 30S RANGE.

CLOUD COVER WILL LIKELY LINGER THROUGH MUCH OF TODAY AND HELP TO
KEEP TEMPERATURES ABOVE NORMAL AGAIN. HIGHS ARE EXPECTED TO REACH
THE UPPER 20S TO UPPER 30S FROM NORTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN DOWN TO
NORTHEAST IOWA.

SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL HELP TO KEEP TEMPERATURES ABOVE NORMAL INTO
TONIGHT AS WELL WITH LOWS ONLY DROPPING INTO THE UPPER TEENS TO
MID 20S.
