Weather Summary for Upper Mississippi River Valley
National Weather Service La Crosse WI
1036 AM CST Mon Nov 20 2017

Clear to partly cloudy skies were seen overnight as high pressure
moved out of the area. Low temperatures this morning ranged from
the teens in the favored cold spots in central and northern
Wisconsin, to the upper 20s and lower 30s elsewhere.

Southerly winds will pick up today, bringing warmer air into the
area, though clouds will be on the increase through the afternoon.
High temperatures will be in the mid 40s to lower 50s.

The warmer temperatures will not last long, as a cold front will
move through the area on Tuesday morning, dropping temperatures
throughout the day, with most places in the upper 20s to lower 30s
by the afternoon hours. Strong northwesterly winds will also move
in behind the front, with gusts over 30 miles per hour possible in
most places.
