This week will feature temperatures that will be quite a bit below
normal. A couple of inches of wet snow is likely through the
afternoon from east of Devils Lake through the International border.
Up to one half inch of rain is possible in the Grand Forks and Thief
River Falls area. Only a few showers are expected in southeastern
North Dakota and west central Minnesota today.

Tuesday will see a north wind behind this system. The next system
will move up to our south and east during Wednesday and Wednesday
night giving the best chance for rain and snow to southeastern North
Dakota into much of Minnesota.
