WILL PERSIST FROM THE VALLEY AND TO THE WEST. UNDER THE CLOUD
COVER...TEMPERATURES WILL GENERALLY BE AROUND ZERO. WHERE SKIES ARE
PARTLY CLOUDY...EXPECT TEMPERATURES AROUND 10 BELOW. OTHERWISE...A
BAND OF SNOW WILL FALL FROM THE DEVILS LAKE BASIN TO SOUTHEAST NORTH
DAKOTA...WITH ONE TO THREE INCHES POSSIBLE. DAYTIME HIGHS WILL RANGE
FROM SINGLE DIGITS NEAR LAKE OF THE WOODS TO MID TEENS ACROSS THE
SOUTHEAST PORTION OF NORTH DAKOTA AND WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA.
