COOLER WEATHER ON MONDAY IS EXPECTED WITH CLOUDS AND A FEW LIGHT
SHOWERS NEAR THE CANADIAN BORDER AND A MIX OF SUN AND CLOUDS
ELSEWHERE.  THERE WILL BE GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS AND HIGHS MOSTLY IN
THE 50S...THOUGH SOME 40S IN LAKE OF THE WOODS REGION.

DRY AND MILD TUESDAY WITH LIGHTER WINDS.  THEN A LARGER SLOW MOVING
STORM SYSTEM WILL ENTER THE NORTHERN PLAINS WEDNESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY
GIVING A GOOD CHANCE FOR RAIN SHOWERS.  IT MAY BE COOL ENOUGH FOR
SOME RAIN AND SNOW MIX THURSDAY NIGHT INTO FRIDAY MORNING.
