702 PM CDT Mon Jul 24 2017

Expect one more hot day across the region tomorrow as temperatures
spike ahead of an approaching cold front. With a humid airmass in
place...these above normal temperatures will make it feel over 100
degrees in most locations...despite breezy southerly winds. With
this cold front expected to cross the local area on
Wednesday...expect a chance for thunderstorms to return to the local
area late Tuesday night...with a few severe thunderstorms not out of
the question...primarily Wednesday afternoon or evening.
Thunderstorms chances will diminish during the early morning hours
Thursday...with cooler air filtering in across the region for the
end of the work week.
