PATCHY FOG IS LIKELY OVERNIGHT ACROSS PARTS OF NORTH CENTRAL
NEBRASKA AND THE PLATTE RIVER VALLEY. VISIBILITY MAY BE REDUCED TO
UNDER 1 MILE AT TIMES. OTHERWISE...PARTLY TO MOSTLY CLEAR
CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED WITH A CONTINUED LIGHT WIND. LOWS WILL
