FROM SOUTH CENTRAL INTO EASTERN NEBRASKA...LEAVING THE WESTERN
HALF OF THE STATE MAINLY DRY. LOWS WERE IN THE 40S AND LOW 50S
WITH NORTHERN WINDS AT 10 TO 20 MPH.

TODAY...SKIES WILL CLEAR OUT EARLY GIVING WAY TO PLENTIFUL
SUNSHINE. HIGHS WILL BE IN THE 60S TO NEAR 70 WITH GUSTY NORTHWEST
WINDS.
