Some peaks of sun on Saturday with high temperatures around 70
degrees. However, a low pressure system with a cold front will
move into the area Saturday evening and into Sunday bringing a
chance of thunderstorms to the Mid-South. Some of the
thunderstorms could be strong to severe on Saturday evening. The
cold front will usher in some cooler temperatures, yet
temperatures should still remain normal or above normal for most
of the week.

By the beginning of the work week, sunshine will return to the
Mid-South and remain for a couple of days before the next chance
of rain.
