AN UNSETTLED WEATHER PATTERN WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE MIDSOUTH TODAY
AS AN UPPER LEVEL TROUGH AND A WEAK COLD FRONT MOVE INTO THE REGION.
NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP OVER THE
AREA AS A RESULT. THE COLD FRONT WILL SLOWLY MOVE SOUTHWARD TONIGHT
INTO SUNDAY. COOLER AND DRIER AIR WILL FILTER INTO THE AREA BEHIND
THE FRONT. MEANWHILE...CHANCES FOR SCATTERED SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE AHEAD OF THE FRONT WITH BEST CHANCES
OCCURRING ACROSS NORTHEAST MISSISSIPPI TONIGHT INTO SUNDAY.

THE FRONT WILL SHIFT SOUTH BY MONDAY PROVIDING DRIER WEATHER AND
PLEASANT TEMPERATURES TO THE ENTIRE MIDSOUTH THROUGH AT LEAST
TUESDAY.
