WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM BENSLEY TO
CHESTERFIELD TO MATOACA...OR ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM DOWNTOWN
RICHMOND TO CHESTER TO 7 MILES WEST OF VIRGINIA STATE UNIVERSITY...
MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH.

THESE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...
  CHESTER AROUND 525 AM EDT...
  VIRGINIA STATE UNIVERSITY AROUND 530 AM EDT...
  FORT LEE AROUND 535 AM EDT...

HAZARDS INCLUDE...
DEADLY CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING.
HEAVY RAINFALL AND MINOR FLOODING.

THIS STORM WILL PRODUCE HEAVY RAINFALL...WHICH WILL CAUSE MINOR
FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS INCLUDING DITCHES...CREEKS...ROADWAYS AND
AREAS OF POOR DRAINAGE. AVOID THESE AREAS AND DO NOT CROSS FLOODED
ROADS. MOTORISTS SHOULD ALSO REDUCE DRIVING SPEEDS TO AVOID
HYDROPLANING.
