...ELEVATED FIRE WEATHER RISK TODAY...

LOCAL FIRE OFFICIALS ADVISE CONDITIONS FAVOR AN ELEVATED FIRE
SPREAD POTENTIAL TODAY ACROSS WESTERN NEW ENGLAND.

THERE HAS BEEN LITTLE RAINFALL ACROSS THE AREA OVER THE PAST
MONTH RESULTING IN DRY FUELS. RELATIVE HUMIDITIES ACROSS WESTERN
NEW ENGLAND WILL FALL INTO THE 20S THIS AFTERNOON AND
SOUTHWESTERLY WINDS WILL GUST UP TO 20 TO 25 MPH AT TIMES. THESE
CONDITIONS ARE CONDUCIVE FOR THE GROWTH AND SPREAD OF FIRES.
