...STRONG GUSTY WINDS EARLY THIS MORNING...

EAST TO SOUTHEAST WINDS HAVE INCREASED TO 15 TO 30 MPH ACROSS
THE WESTERN SLOPES OF THE SOUTHERN GREENS IN SOUTHERN VERMONT AND
THE NORTHERN BERKSHIRES. THE STRONGEST WINDS ARE ACROSS HIGHER
ELEVATIONS ABOVE 1000 FEET WHERE WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO GUST 35 TO
45 MPH. THESE WINDS COULD KNOCK DOWN SMALL TREE BRANCHES AND CAUSE
ISOLATED POWER OUTAGES. MOTORISTS SHOULD USE CAUTION AND SLOW
DOWN...ESPECIALLY HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES THAT ARE MOST SUSCEPTIBLE
TO THE STRONG WINDS. THE WINDS WILL SHIFT TO THE SOUTHWEST TO WEST
AFTER 430 AM AT 10 TO 20 MPH.
