...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL WASHINGTON AND
NORTHWESTERN BENNINGTON COUNTIES THROUGH 530 PM EDT...

At 422 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Comstock, or 8 miles south of Whitehall, moving southeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Whitehall, Granville, Hartford, Comstock, Poultney Village,
Kingsbury, Mount Hope, Porter, Hampton, Rupert, Fort Ann, South Bay,
Middle Granville, Braymer School, Smiths Basin, Adamsville, North
Granville, South Bay Village, East Hebron, and South Granville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
