FREQUENT LIGHTNING AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS ARE LIKELY WITH THIS STORM. WINDS
IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH ARE POSSIBLE.

BAY CITY...SOUTH TEXAS NUCLEAR PLANT...MARKHAM...VAN VLECK AND
