OVER NORTHWEST WISCONSIN TO THE LOWER 30S OVER NORTHERN ILLINOIS.

TUESDAY...CLOUDY SKIES CONTINUE TOMORROW WITH HIGH TEMPERATURES
ONCE AGAIN NUDGING INTO THE MIDDLE 30S TO LOWER 40S. TUESDAY
EVENING WILL ALSO BRING OUR FIRST CHANCE TO SEE FROZEN
PRECIPITATION IN QUITE SOME TIME AS RAIN TRANSITIONING TO SNOW
OVERSPREADS THE REGION. THIS EVENT IS EXPECTED TO BE PRIMARILY
SNOW TOWARDS THE UPPER PENINSULA AND NORTHERN WISCONSIN...WHILE
AREAS CLOSER TO THE ILLINOIS BORDER ARE MORE LIKELY TO EXPERIENCE
