FOR THURSDAY...THE WINTRY MIX SHOULD TAPER OFF FROM WEST TO EAST
THROUGH THE DAY...WITH ONLY LAKE EFFECT SNOW SHOWERS LINGER IN
THE UPPER PENINSULA AND NORTHERN WISCONSIN BY THE AFTERNOON.
OTHERWISE...MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES WILL PREVAIL. HIGH TEMPERATURES
WILL RANGE FROM THE MIDDLE 20S IN NORTHWEST WISCONSIN AND
MINNESOTA...TO THE MIDDLE 30S IN SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN AND NORTHERN
ILLINOIS.
