This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Grovetown, Evans, Martinez, Riverwood, J. Strom Thurmond Dam, Blythe, Columbia County Exhibition Center, Liberty Park Community Center, Patriots Park, Bellevue Memorial Gardens, Blanchard Park, Westmont, Blanchard Woods Park, Evans Medical Center, Woodbridge, Evans Towne Center Park, Leitner Lake Conference Center, Riverside Park, German Island and Bath- Edie. - This includes Interstate 20 in Georgia between mile markers 186 and 193. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
