  MANSFIELD TX.
  LAGUNA MADRE FROM 5 NM NORTH OF PORT MANSFIELD TO BAFFIN BAY TX.

  AND IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 230 PM CDT.

  AT 128 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS DETECTED
  STRONG TROPICAL SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS...WITH WIND GUSTS OVER
  25 KNOTS...OVER PORT MANSFIELD...MOVING NORTHWEST AT 20 KNOTS.

MARINERS CAN EXPECT LOCALLY HIGH WAVES...DANGEROUS LIGHTNING...AND
TORRENTIAL RAIN. SEEK SAFETY IMMEDIATELY.

WIND GUSTS OF 30 KNOTS OR MORE WILL OCCUR...PRODUCING BRIEFLY ROUGH
CONDITIONS. IF AT SEA...GO BELOW DECK UNTIL THE STORM HAS PASSED.
