LOCALLY DENSE FOG HAS REFORMED AT THE PENDLETON AIRPORT.
VISIBILITIES HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO BE LESS THAN A QUARTER OF A
MILE AT THE AIRPORT DURING THE PAST HOUR. THE FOG IS LIFTED INTO
A LOW STRATUS LAYER IN THE PENDLETON VALLEY WHERE VISIBILITIES ARE
GREATER. EXPECT PATCHY DENSE FOG TO PERSIST THROUGH THE MORNING
HOURS. MOTORIST TRAVELING TO THE AIRPORT OR OVER REITH RIDGE ON
I-84 ARE URGED TO USE CAUTION DUE TO SUDDEN DROPS IN VISIBILITY.
THE VISIBILITY WILL IMPROVE AS YOU DESCEND INTO THE LOWER COLUMBIA
BASIN AROUND HERMISTON OR EAST INTO THE PENDLETON VALLEY FROM
REITH RIDGE.
