SOUTHWESTERLY FLOW WILL DEVELOP SHIFTING NARROW BUT INTENSE LAKE
EFFECT SNOW BANDS BACK NORTHWARD ACROSS BUFFALO AND WATERTOWN AREAS.
BEHIND THE ARCTIC FRONT EXPECT DANGEROUSLY COLD TEMPERATURES AND
WIND CHILLS THROUGH SATURDAY NIGHT.
