Calm conditions are expected tonight & Saturday ahead of our next
storm system forecast to arrive Sunday & continue into Monday.
Significant impacts are expected with this storm...beginning Sunday
morning in the form of freezing drizzle. Freezing drizzle will
change to snow Sunday afternoon & evening...then likely continue
through the overnight & into Monday morning. Snow accumulations of 2
to 8 inches are expected...with heaviest amounts near & northwest of
the Tri Cities. However...all areas will experience increasing winds
Sunday afternoon & evening to 20 to 30 MPH with gusts up to 45
MPH...out of the northwest. Freezing drizzle...snow & blowing
snow...& low visibilities will create very difficult travel
conditions Sunday into Monday. Stay tuned to the latest forecasts
