Areas of fog continues early this morning across South Texas.
Visibilities will continue to vary between 1 and 3 miles
inclusive. However, patchy dense fog with visibilities around 1/4
mile will occur at some locations.

Conditions will gradually improve during the mid to late morning
as temperatures slowly increase.

Motorists are urged to use caution and prepare for rapidly
changing visibilities over short distances. Slow down and allow
extra time to reach your destination, and always use low beam
headlights when driving in fog.
