A BAND OF LAKE EFFECT SNOW EXTENDING FROM SHOREHAM MICHIGAN TO
AVILLA INDIANA WILL MOVE SLOWLY NORTHEAST THIS EVENING. SNOW
WITHIN THIS BAND MAY BE HEAVY AT TIMES...DROPPING VISIBILITIES
DOWN TO A QUARTER MILE AND CAUSING ROADS TO BE SNOW COVERED AND
SLICK. PEOPLE TRAVELING ACROSS THE AREA THIS EVENING SHOULD USE
EXTRA CAUTION AND EXPECT DELAYS AS THE ROAD CONDITIONS WILL
REQUIRE SLOWER THAN NORMAL DRIVING SPEEDS. SOME MAJOR ROADS THAT
WILL BE IMPACTED INCLUDE THE INDIANA TOLL ROAD AND ROUTES
20...31... AND 12. THE LAKE EFFECT SNOW IS EXPECTED TO TAPER OFF
LATE THIS EVENING.
