...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHERN MARTIN...NORTHEASTERN
FLOYD AND PIKE COUNTIES THROUGH 1145 PM EDT...

At 1058 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Zebulon, or near Pikeville, moving northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Pikeville, Coal Run Village, Forest Hills, Huddy, Meta, Jamboree,
Pilgrim, Fishtrap Lake, Garden Village, Piso, Prince, Toonerville,
Jarad, Woodman, Biggs, Threeforks, Rockhouse, Hatfield Station,
Heenan, and Pleasant.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
