FOR TODAY...PERIODS OF RAIN AND SNOW WILL OCCUR THIS MORNING OVER
MUCH OF THE REGION...EXCEPT FOR NORTH-CENTRAL WISCONSIN AND THE
UPPER PENINSULA...WHERE PRECIPITATION WILL BE MAINLY SNOW.
PRECIPITATION WILL BECOME MORE WIDESPREAD DURING THE AFTERNOON.
LIGHT SNOW WILL CONTINUE OVER NORTH-CENTRAL WISCONSIN AND THE
UPPER PENINSULA. PRECIPITATION WILL CHANGE TO ALL RAIN OVER
NORTHERN ILLINOIS AND SOUTHERN WISCONSIN. A MIX OF RAIN AND SNOW
WILL BE FOUND EVERYWHERE ELSE. HIGHS WILL RANGE FROM THE MIDDLE 30S
NORTH TO THE LOWER 40S SOUTH.

FOR TONIGHT...PRECIPITATION WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE REGION.
ACCUMULATING SNOW WILL OCCUR OVER THE NORTHWEST HALF OF
WISCONSIN...WHILE PRECIPITATION WILL BE MAINLY RAIN OVER THE
SOUTHEAST HALF. IN BETWEEN...A BAND OF MIXED PRECIPITATION WILL BE
FOUND FROM SOUTHWEST WISCONSIN TO NORTHEAST WISCONSIN. 1 TO 3
INCHES OF ACCUMULATION WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER NORTHWEST AND NORTH-
CENTRAL WISCONSIN.  LOW TEMPERATURES WILL FALL TO NEAR 30 DEGREES
OVER THE UPPER PENINSULA TO THE UPPER 30S OVER SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN.
