THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MIDLAND HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WEST CENTRAL WARD COUNTY IN WEST TEXAS...
  CENTRAL REEVES COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST TEXAS...

* UNTIL 845 PM CDT

* AT 439 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED
  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ALONG AND NEAR HIGHWAY
  285 FROM NEAR PECOS TO TOYAH LAKE. HEAVY RAINFALL WAS ALSO OCCURRING
  ALONG AND NEAR INTERSTATE 10 EAST OF BALMORHEA TO THE COUNTY BORDER.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO TOYAH
  LAKE...PECOS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT AND PECOS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL IS EXPECTED WHICH COULD INCREASE THE POTENTIAL
FOR FLOODING IN THE WARNED AREA.

FLASH FLOODING OF CREEKS AND STREAMS... STREETS AND UNDERPASSES...LOW
WATER CROSSINGS... AND LOW LYING FARMLAND IS LIKELY. DO NOT DRIVE
ACROSS FLOODED ROADS.
