* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southern Kingfisher County in central Oklahoma...
  Northwestern Caddo County in southwestern Oklahoma...
  Southeastern Blaine County in northwestern Oklahoma...
  Western Logan County in central Oklahoma...
  Northwestern Canadian County in central Oklahoma...

* Until 600 AM CDT

* At 257 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. 2 to 3 inches of rain have
  fallen. Flash flooding is occurring or is imminent.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Guthrie, Kingfisher, Hinton, Crescent, Geary, Okarche, Hydro,
  Cashion, Calumet, Dover, Cedar Valley, Mulhall, Cimarron City,
  Bridgeport, Greenfield and Omega.

Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches of rain are possible in
the warned area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
spots.
