* ARROYO AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  SOUTHEASTERN LINCOLN COUNTY IN CENTRAL NEW MEXICO...

* UNTIL 445 PM MDT

* AT 151 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  HEAVY RAIN DUE TO SEVERAL SLOW-MOVING THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDING FROM
  JUST NORTH OF HONDO SOUTHWARD TO 20 MILES SOUTH OF PICACHO.
  RAINFALL RATES UP ONE AND ONE HALF INCHES PER HOUR WILL BE
  POSSIBLE IN LOCALIZED DOWNPOURS.  OF PARTICULAR CONCERN WILL BE
  AREAS ALONG HIGHWAY 70 BETWEEN RUIDOSO DOWNS AND PICACHO AS WELL
  AS THE HEADWATERS OF TWIN BUTTE CREEK AND THE RIO HONDO.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
  SAN PATRICIO...HONDO...PICACHO...TINNIE AND SUNSET.
