THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MELBOURNE HAS ISSUED A

* URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  SOUTHWESTERN ORANGE COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL FLORIDA...
  NORTHWESTERN OSCEOLA COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL FLORIDA...

* UNTIL 945 PM EDT

* AT 742 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO
  THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING IN
  THE ADVISORY AREA. UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAD ALREADY FALLEN.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  ORLANDO...KISSIMMEE...APOPKA...OCOEE AND SAINT CLOUD.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF AN INCH OR TWO WILL LEAD TO RAINFALL TOTALS
OF 3 TO 4 INCHES ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE METRO ORLANDO AREA. THIS
ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL CAUSE WIDESPREAD MINOR FLOODING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF URBAN
AREAS...HIGHWAYS AND STREETS AS WELL AS OTHER DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW
LYING SPOTS.
