.DISCUSSION...Breezy to locally gusty offshore winds will continue
to ease through late morning becoming light and variable in the
early afternoon. Winds along the coastline may potentially remain
offshore while weak northwesterly winds develop off of the coast.
However, these winds will generally remain light.

Winds...............East to Northeast 6-12 mph with gusts to 20 mph
 early, becoming 4-8 mph by afternoon.
