THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST
WISCONSIN.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

A CLIPPER SYSTEM IS FORECAST TO LINGER OVER THE GREAT LAKES
THROUGH TONIGHT WITH UP TO AN INCH OF ACCUMULATION EXPECTED OVER
MOST OF THE AREA BY TUESDAY MORNING. LAKE EFFECT SNOWS OVER FAR
NORTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN WILL PRODUCE LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS FROM
2 TO 4 INCHES THROUGH TONIGHT. GUSTY NORTH TO NORTHWEST WINDS WILL
PRODUCE SOME BLOWING AND DRIFTING OF THE FRESH SNOW WHICH COULD
QUICKLY REDUCE VISIBILITIES AT TIMES. THE EVENING COMMUTE TODAY
COULD BE NEGATIVELY IMPACTED...ESPECIALLY ACROSS EAST- CENTRAL
WISCONSIN.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

TRAVEL IN FAR-NORTHERN WISCONSIN WILL BE HAZARDOUS AT TIMES
THROUGH WEDNESDAY NIGHT DUE TO SNOW SHOWERS GENERATED BY COLD AIR
FLOWING ACROSS LAKE SUPERIOR. OTHERWISE...COLD TEMPERATURES WILL
PREVAIL. SUB-ZERO OVERNIGHT LOW TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED ACROSS
MUCH OF THE AREA DURING THE LATTER PART OF THE WORK WEEK THROUGH
THE UPCOMING WEEKEND.
