...SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS STORMS MAINLY INTERIOR AND EAST COAST...

THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR SOUTH FLORIDA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

THUNDERSTORMS: THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TODAY, ESPECIALLY
AROUND LAKE OKEECHOBEE AND PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE PRIMARY THREAT
WITH THESE THUNDERSTORMS IS FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING,
GUSTY WINDS, AND SMALL HAIL.

WIND: WIND GUSTS UP TO 55 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THE STRONGEST
STORMS.

HAIL: THE STRONGEST STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING HAIL UP TO
DIME SIZE.

TEMPERATURES: HEAT INDICES WILL BE NEAR OR EXCEED 100 DEGREES
MOST AREAS TODAY. OVER THE EVERGLADES, HEAT INDICES AROUND 105
DEGREES ARE EXPECTED.



.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE EACH AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING,
ESPECIALLY OVER THE INTERIOR. THE PRIMARY IMPACT FROM THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING.
