Through 4 PM CST...Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms
will continue over South Texas this afternoon, mainly east of a
Whitsett...Concepcion line. Rainfall will generally be moderate to
heavy with rainfall amounts of a half an inch to an inch an hour.
Isolated higher rainfall amounts will be possible with any
thunderstorm that occur...as well as cloud to ground lightning and
brief gusty winds.
