WEEK...WITH A FAIR AMOUNT OF CLOUD COVER PREVAILING OVERNIGHT. UNDER
THESE CLOUDS TEMPERATURES WILL HOVER WITHIN A FEW DEGREES OF
ZERO...BUT MOST OF NORTHWEST MINNESOTA...WHERE SOME CLEAR SKIES
PERSIST...WILL PLUMMET TOWARD 15 BELOW.

IT WILL TURN A LITTLE MILDER THURSDAY...THEN COLDER AGAIN FRIDAY
AND SATURDAY AS STRONG HIGH PRESSURE DESCENDS FROM CENTRAL CANADA.
