PATTERN OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS FOR MUCH OF THE COMING WEEK...WITH
DRY CONDITIONS AND GRADUALLY MODERATING TEMPERATURES. A COOL DAY
TODAY ALBEIT WARMER THAN YESTERDAY WITH TEMPS IN THE MID 70S. MAX
TEMPS WILL SLOWLY INCREASE DURING THE REST OF THE WEEK WITH LOW TO
MID 80S...NORMAL FOR BEGINNING OF AUGUST...BY THE END OF THE WEEK.
