400 AM MDT THU OCT 23 2014

High pressure currently over central Montana will be weakened and
pushed further east today by an approaching Pacific low pressure
trough. Rain showers are expected over the west and southwest
mountains, and any snow should be limited to the highest peaks.
Winds will be increasing, particularly along the Rocky Mountain
Front and adjacent plains. Skies will be mostly cloudy, possibly
limiting any view the the partial solar eclipse this afternoon.
Temperatures will remain seasonably warm through the remainder of
the week.
