Including the cities of Red Wing, River Falls, Prescott,
Menomonie, Durand, Chippewa Falls, and Eau Claire

Pockets of dense fog will linger this morning across east central
and southeast Minnesota as well as portions of west central
Wisconsin, especially in low lying areas and river valleys.

The most concentrated area of dense fog is from Red Wing, to
Pepin, to Durand, to Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls, where
visibilities around one quarter mile will persist through most of
the morning.

Motorists should be prepared for sudden reductions in visibility.
The lingering fog will lift during the late morning hours.
