ACROSS THE SOUTHERN APPALACHIANS TONIGHT...THEN BEGIN TO LIFT
NORTHEAST ALONG THE MID-ATLANTIC COAST ON FRIDAY. CONTINUED
SCATTERED SHOWERS ARE LIKELY WITH RAIN-SNOW MIX POSSIBLE IN THE
HIGHEST ELEVATIONS OF THE SMOKY MOUNTAINS THROUGH TONIGHT. SCATTERED
SHOWERS WITH UNSEASONABLY COOL WEATHER PERSISTS THROUGH FRIDAY
BEFORE WARMING THIS WEEKEND.
