Through 430 am...showers and thunderstorms will continue to
develop and move across portions of the South Plains, Rolling
Plains and extreme southern Texas Panhandle. The strongest storms
will be capable of producing small hail, brief heavy rain, and
frequent cloud to ground lightning as they race northeastward
around 50 mph.
