This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for a Large Part of Arkansas.

.DAY ONE...This Evening and Tonight

Very warm and humid conditions will persist once again this
afternoon to early evening, with highs in the 90s, while heat index
values reach around 100 to near 105 degrees. Also an isolated
thunderstorm may be seen, but no severe weather is expected. After
sunset, the heat index values will lower and any storm will
dissipate.

Caution should be exercised to minimize the affects of the heat and
humidity and reduce the possibility of heat related illness.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

A heat advisory will be in effect from Thursday afternoon to Friday
evening due to expected heat index values reaching around 105
degrees over much of central and southern Arkansas.

Warm and humid weather is expected through Saturday as Arkansas
continues its typical summer pattern. Afternoon and early evening
heat index values will be around 105 degrees. Extra caution should
be taken to minimize the affects of the high heat and humidity.

Chances for showers and thunderstorms will return low through the
rest of the week and over the weekend, and into early next week. The
chance of hazardous weather will remain low at this time.

.Spotter Information Statement...

Spotter activation will not be needed.
