NORTHWEST WINDS AHEAD OF HIGH PRESSURE MOVING INTO THE UPPER
MISSISSIPPI VALLEY WILL BRING ANOTHER BLAST OF ARCTIC AIR TO THE
UPPER MIDWEST ALONG WITH BITTERLY COLD WIND CHILLS TONIGHT INTO
MONDAY MORNING.

THE COLD HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL REACH THE MID MISSISSIPPI AND
OHIO RIVER VALLEYS ON MONDAY...WITH LOW PRESSURE TRACKING ACROSS
CANADA. BRISK SOUTHWEST WINDS BETWEEN THESE TWO SYSTEMS WILL LEAD TO
A BRIEF MODERATION IN TEMPERATURES LATE MONDAY AND INTO TUESDAY.

YET ANOTHER SURGE OF VERY COLD AIR WILL AFFECT NORTHERN WISCONSIN
LATER TUESDAY...AND THE REST OF THE STATE TUESDAY NIGHT.  THE VERY
COLD AIR WILL THEN REMAIN IN PLACE THROUGH THE END OF THE WORK
WEEK...AS ANOTHER COLD HIGH MOVES ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES REGION.

LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPING OVER THE OKLAHOMA AREA MAY SPREAD SNOW
INTO WISCONSIN SATURDAY NIGHT AND SUNDAY.
