It was a pleasant summer day in Wisconsin, with weak high
pressure over the area. Skies were mostly sunny. High
temperatures ranged from the upper 70s in northern Wisconsin, to
the upper 80s in southeast Wisconsin.


A few clouds were observed in some areas, otherwise mostly clear
skies dominated the region with high pressure. Patchy fog
developed in low lying areas. Temperatures so far ranged from the
mid to upper 50s in north central Wisconsin, to the 60s in
southern and western Wisconsin.


High pressure over the region is forecast to slide southeastward
today and tonight. The high will keep dry conditions over southern
Wisconsin and northern Illinois. Warm and humid conditions are

A weak cold front will slide southward across the region later
today into Wednesday, before moving further to the south Wednesday
night into Thursday. Chances for showers and thunderstorms are
forecast today in northern Wisconsin, spreading southward tonight
into Wednesday, lingering into Thursday.

Warm and humid conditions today will be replaced by a cooler
airmass tonight, lasting into the rest of the week. Areas near
Lake Michigan will see lake breeze occur by afternoon each day.
