Fire Weather Forecast For Central/NE South Dakota WC MN
National Weather Service Aberdeen SD
114 AM CDT Tue May 14 2024

.DISCUSSION...

High pressure will continue to dominate conditions tonight into
early Tuesday with winds becoming more easterly and then
southeasterly. Remnants of the smoke that came down out of Canada,
while less dense, will linger across the area. The next system will
move in Tuesday, with light showers and weak thunderstorms.
Afternoon humidity will increase, generally between 30 and 60
percent, as precipitation starts out west in the morning and
translates east through the course of the day. Moisture lingers into
Tuesday night and Wednesday morning.
